At rag & bone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at a designated carrier location.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the authorized carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
